Trainee solicitors

Our trainee solicitors are valued as key team members from the start of their training contract and we are committed to providing the very highest quality in-house training and mentoring for each individual.

In return, we are looking for people with enthusiasm and initiative combined with excellent inter-personal and team working skills.

We offer training contracts in either our commercial department or personal client department.  Training contracts for both departments begin in September and have separate application processes.

Commercial trainees may undertake training in the following practice areas:

  • Commercial property
  • Commercial litigation
  • Employment law
  • Company commercial

Personal client trainees may undertake training in the following practice areas:

  • Residential conveyancing
  • Family
  • Personal injury
  • Tax and estate planning

Application process 

Personal client training contracts 

We are now accepting applications for trainee solicitor contracts commencing in September 2013.

Assessment days will be held in February 2012. Closing date 31 December 2011.

Unfortunately we are no longer accepting applications for 2012.

Commercial training contracts

We are now accepting applications for training contracts commencing in 2014. Closing date 31 December 2012.

Assessment days will be held in February 2013.

Unfortunately we are no longer accepting applications for 2012 or 2013.
